Red Apple Images is a new type of player in the Twin Cities Wedding Photography scene. I am passionate about capturing the uniqueness of off-beat, indie or otherwise non-traditional weddings and shoot only a handful of clients each year. This allows me to dedicate my time and effort towards a client/vendor collaboration that makes your day truly special and unique. I believe that wedding photography should be as independent as you are.
My dear college friends Fred and Jess had their little peanut Richie a little earlier than anyone anticipated. We all met at a year-long leadership program at the University of Minnesota and it's been great being a part of Fred and Jess' relationship from start to present. Richie came home just shy of one month after his very early birthday, and was really exciting about taking his picture taken; he was awake almost the entire time I was there. Richie just turned two months old and is plumping up nicely. Congrats to Fred and Jess and their expanding New Student Weekend family!
I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Kara and Jim for the second time last month, prior to our initial meeting at their wedding.
These two are so sweet and in love with each other and I just know they are going to be fabulous parents to their new little one Phoebe. I can't wait to meet her!
I had such a great time at this wedding. Kate and Doug are a hilarious and amazing couple. Doug definitely kept me on my toes and Kate was calm and collected the whole night. Everyone had an absolute blast. And what kind of party is it if there isn't karaoke?
Kate looked so gorgeous with her vintage hair and makeup look And some amazing outtakes:
Astrid and Dan have to be one of sweetest and smartest couples in the Twin Cities area. It's not common that I am contacted almost solely by the groom, but Dan was at the helm of finding and contacting the wedding photographer (way to go Dan!)
I had never been to the Gibbs Museum before, but what an amazing place! It's a little slice of the country right in the middle of St Paul . The very close to my heart (and stomach) Chowgirls catered, there was a barn dance and the wildflowers were all in bloom. Oh, did I mention Astrid wore a BLUE dress? Just thinking about it makes me melt into a little puddle of happiness!
I believe they had their rings made by Simply Wood Rings Absolutely gorgeous they were made with salvaged silver and had a rosewood inlay.
What wedding is complete without a goat to keep things in line ?
